Delicious food and super nice staff. I had the fish with ratatouille and I would have eaten that twice. He had carpaccio, also delicious. Then the chocolate pear pie and coffee. Paid total around 40

Excellent traditional French food in a family restaurant. Nothing posh, just the real deal. The owner, Albert, greets everyone as if they are his neighbours. Many are. I’ve been coming here since 2018. I recently had to-die -for pork ribs, better than anything Texas has to offer. The potatoes Dauphine were superb. I often order the duck, the seafood, or the os (which remind me of my grandmother). I’ve been here early when families are present and late when the clients are enjoying late dates. Want a taste of a French family restaurant - this is it. Enjoy.Also, I am chagrined to realise that, after enjoying this place for so many years, I had not written a review. So here it is! Merci infiniment, Albert!

Relaxed atmosphere and such an accommodating owner. We arrived for dinner with 2 kids and they ensured we had everything we needed for the kids first. Took the time to make sure we understood the menu and brought delicious, hearty food!

Visiting from Canada…didn’t know where to stop for lunch and gave “L’Ami Georges” a try. Perfect choice! Albert (the owner) was gracious, kind and made me feel special as a solo traveller. My salad was excellent and even made for 2 meals! I highly recommend stopping here for lunch. Luckily I was a bit early (before noon) and got extra special attention from Albert and staff! Merci Albert!

I just love this place! Lovely food in a truly authentic setting. Have been twice now with my friends from Saint-Eugène and can't wait to return when I'm back in November. The owner is wonderfully hospitable (and also speaks excellent English!)I heartily recommend a visit here and am already looking forward to my next visit.
